ListedInformation.info - TERMS and Conditions of Use/Service
All Members (Free and Paying Members) of this Private Website must agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Agreement. The Owners and Administrators of this Private Classifieds Website are ListedInformation.info and the Members are those who agree to the Terms and Conditions of Service and join this Site. The Associates are those who monitor/manage/power this Private Directory via the Script, Server and Online Business Services.
Importantly, websites links accessed or viewed on this Site belong to Members and the Owners or Administrators of this Private Website do not endorse the accuracy (or otherwise) of any statement or claims on the websites shown at this Site at anytime. A Member email address used and submitted here for communication from the Administrators/Owners is to remain updated. Emails from the Administrators and Owners are important to read.
This Agreement will be modified from time to time, generally with due notice, but sometimes without notice, to all relevant parties. We always reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if a member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination, that member will lose all benefits and money paid, if applicable.
The Agreement is offered to and is to be accepted by prospective legal adult members 18 years and older, and is not offered to children or minors in any country, worldwide. All members must submit their communication in an agreed and mutually acceptable language. We do not allow the following page contents that are: racist, pornographic, illegal, promote gambling, prostitution, liberal lifestyles, abuse of women/men/children or minors and all other materials we found inappropriate - base on the Directory Owner/Administrators discretion. But we cannot guarantee that member sites may not contain such material. We will delete such sites and members accounts upon discovery of this breach of Agreement, such as when a Member contact us and submits an online Report to let us know of breaches of this Agreement.
A Member may always cancel his/her Membership Account by contacting us or by clicking the "Delete Account" link at the member area or by E-mailing the Site Owners/Administrators. If a member decides to cancel his/her membership and later re-joins the Site, he/she will be assigned a new account, and will not receive the benefits (if applicable) earned or made using the previous account.
We do not allow Sites with alert message boxes, fly-in ads, pop-in ads, code encryption, pornography, unwanted software downloads or any other behavior or contents found inappropriate annoying or interrupting. We do not allow pop-ups, pop-behinds and pop-under sites. Members are advised not to hide URLs by the use of minimized I-frames or other frames that will disrupt the Website and Script. It is recommended that our members test their ads links and pages before submitting them for approval.
Essentially, a member account will be terminated immediately and without notification, for example, when the user/member deliberately tries to harm ListedInformation.info or the hardware and software equipments or tools of the our Associates who power/manage this Private Classifieds Website Listing.
